Selflessness

" Khudi ko kar buland itna, Ke har takdeer se pehle
Khuda bande se khud pooche,Bata teri raza kya hai "
This is the Urdu couplet written by famous poet Muhammad Iqbal.He used the word 'Khudi' to mean selflessness- less concern for yourself but work for welfare of society.To summarize he meant that Human being should raise itself to level of selflessness so that before the creation of destiny God will ask the human being for opinion.


In History , Indian society has been completely selfish due to lack of growth,money etc.We were more of starved society but now the time has changed a lot.The big question which comes into my mind is whether we Indians has changed a bit?
Indians are more educated , sensitive and rich economy but with most poor people.We have proven the 80-20 formula with great respect because country's most money lies with 20% of rich citizens.Our expectation of any contribution from rich class will be a big waste.Rich can never understand the pain of middle class and poor.Middle class who has risen from the poor class can still really do something to change our country but our educated middle class is so busy on creating & solving their own problems.Most of the problems of our new generation are due to ego.Our young generation is more prosperous in education,career & love also.
I really feel proud and great to see young couples falling in love but the most painful part is they pass most day time talking on phone.I have seen most love birds discussing their lunch and dinner menu on Phone.The more the time they spend talking on phone greater are the chances of their creating ego issues.During these long gossips on phone they give birth to great relationship breaking moments.Personally , I have never been in affair with any girl till now but I do understand the meaning of love.Nowhere , I see the meaning of love means following each other on phone.
Love is more about becoming support and reflection of each other by heart.We are blessed by god to become Doctors,MBA,CA's etc but also solve the problems in society.Human being is sent by god for this mission not just  passing out our day in discussing expectations,love & relationships.Before expecting any blessings from god , we must also work for the mission for which we are born.I think , being in love is an awesome but we also have few bigger problems to solve for the betterment of society.Love can bring lot of confidence in our life to solve those problems of society but our young couples are more busy in creating & solving their own love issues.Hope I can walk the talk when I get married.Please God bless..............
Please do fall in Love , because its beautiful.Don't make fuss of petty ego issues because issues in society are much more bigger than them. Better spend that energy & time for welfare of society.

Expectations

"Climate is what we expect, weather is what we get"

Mark Twain's words make us learn that our expectations are something different from what we get.We keep expectations from every other human being and even expect from God to do miracles.In Business , Customer expects huge service whereas Vendor expects from client.Each one of us is a part of process of expectations.

I went to south indian food chain where I requested for extra sambhar.The service representative smiled back and served a bowl of sambhar.After a duration of 2 weeks , I visited the same food chain.This time I requested for extra sambhar to different waiter and got reply that extra charges would be incurred. I replied back to waiter about my previous exp. at the food chain when I did got it without extra charges. I realized that previous service guy served me to impress me with good service but that raised my expectation. I concluded that whole team must deliver at same par to Managers or clients & must not over deliver to impress the client.Increasing the level of expectations always results in negative impact on Values and Profits.The new age Business Leaders must learn the art of managing expectations of customer or team.The way we learn subjects like Cost Management , there is a need to learn Expectation Management.

Expectation Management is not just not required in Business.The great deal of this art is required in handling various relationships.I have observed various Couples in Cold war, Divorce stages just due to the issues related to expectation.During College days ,guys are mostly used to do everything for girls which gives birth to the level of expectations.After college when the same couple faces tough practical life the ground reality changes whereas expectation remains same.Keeping more of sugar at one place for long time always attracts Ants or Insects.Expectations are just like these Ants or Insects which ruin the loving relationship.We must learn to control our emotions,love etc in any relationship.Due to issues related to expectation , We always end up in ruining our partner and relationship also.Living up to or beating the expectations of lover is always a great exp. for both but we must regulate the magnitude according to maturity of our lover.

Please feel free to provide any comments on Expectations.....See now I am expecting comments from you.It's Human Tendency.....We can not give away this thats why we need to regulate and manage.

Just Words

On the morning of 2nd Oct , I was coming back from Delhi Airport and passed nearby Rajghat which made me think that today there will be complete rush of big political class in this place. Our politicians will come on luxurious cars guarded by our brave NSG. Visiting Rajghat will never serve the purpose to celebrate his birthday. Better way to celebrate is to visit the village and try to solve their problems.


Finally ended this critic thought cycle and drove towards Gurudwara Banglasaheb , famous gurudwara in delhi. I was lucky to start my day hearing the powerful words of ardas. In gurudwara I observed people rushing for parshad as if some god is distributing blessings in physical. God bless us with good deeds done in life instead of just taking parshad. We all misbehave, disrespect our fellow human beings which is same as hurting the god. Gurugranth sahib clearly states that the purpose of langar(parshad) is to serve every hungry human being. Do we really follow the ideals stated in Gurugranth sahib. I thought better leave it...........
In Evening , I saw discussion happening on news channel that there should be no public holiday on Gandhiji's Birthday. I am quite surprised that Indians have got this thought after 160 years of his birthday. Treating his birthday as public holiday is still fair enough but we must serve the purpose to make our nation a better one.We must take some initiative to spread the importance of education in illiterate society. Even the news channel were just making TRP's out of it(atleast doing their job). Politicians were using this forum to generate more populism(May be part of job). I thought what I was doing whole day , I thought Improvement starts with 'I'. I was watching TV and waiting for cricket match to start.


I think whether its me, media or society , we just use words and writings to serve the purpose of society. We are surely going to suffer the brunt of lazy time pass on holidays. We may be passout of IIT or IIM's .........what matters most is our actions not just knowledge.I have decided not to wait for date 2nd Oct , 2010  to come and start something instead I will use every public holiday to do something good for my society and nation. At the end , I would like to thank gandhiji for his contribution by making world a better place. Hope I carryon with my vision and focus.

What's Outsourcing ?

Just finished watching movie "Outsourced"......its an awesome movie.....must watch.

The movie lacks the real aspect of outsourcing but it's simple with its screenplay.Story line and screenplay of this movie is so real and touching.There is no doubt that simplicity impresses and always wins.

The movie is all about the marriage of Indian and Western culture. It felt like that every American is pissed of so called outsourcing but still forced to do it. Thinkers of present are analysing and defining Outsourcing on the basis of myopic view. Is really outsourcing all about sending jobs from US to India or China?

Outsourcing is a part and parcel of life of every citizen on this earth. We need access to various services and support to survive but situation demands us to be best in our area of services.As a chef , person must be a brilliant cook at home but to own a garden he would have to hire a consultant(Gardener or care taker).He would have to hire a consultant(servant) to keep home.The above all is an outsourcing.........then why we visualize outsourcing as just BPO.

Human being is on such stage that it expects best in everything.To see best support services , we require outsourcing. Thinkers has just used the phenomenon of job movement to India or China as Outsourcing(it's just myopic view). In Competitive world , Banking and Insurance industry is looking to provide cheap and best services to its customers. With the intent to streamline their business , they need specialists to manage IT services. This particular movement of work from bank to specialists is outsourcing.Why are we calling the movement of work from US to India as Outsourcing?

Even if the work stays is US then also its outsourcing , whereas the phenomenon of job movement from US to India can not be termed as outsourcing. The job movement from US to India or China is nothing just an exercise to cut services cost.The intent is to purely cut cost and make more profits. This cost cutting step is persuasive and never ending because it will be used by corporate world to provide best optimum services and products.

The usage of term Outsourcing to define this job movement displays the frustration of loss and pessimist thinking.

I am confident that 5 years from now , If I am gonna write a blog on Outsourcing the content would point out the transfer of jobs from India and China to Brazil or may be Pakistan.

Every creature makes us learn

Animals are just Animals who act as our pets,enemies or man eaters.......thats enuff...Nopes.

The biggest mistake by human being is to just limit Animals to his study routine thru science.Just try to observe animals, we can learn something big from them.

For e.g. Donkey.Donkey stands like a silent fool on the middle of road and blocks our way.Keeping this in mind ,We feel Donkey does not have thought process.Agreed but thats learning if we act the same way in various situations like donkey we will reduce our problems.We need to learn the act of silent foolness in meetings few diplomats would like to get wrong commitments from our mouth. If we tend to act the same way while dealing with our competitor , we can really fool them. We must learn from donkey......if not then we are also fool.

Fool is the one , who has been blessed with thought process but not using it.

Mosquito, Ants etc are very small size but both makes us learn that how small size we are but can make big difference. "Stars always start from impact"

Dinosaurs made us learn that if we don't change we may not be able to adapt to the changing times.

Dog can not be loyal by staying along with his owner for long time , Dog is loyal by his best deeds done in even very small time.

We need to make some positive impact at our service to call us loyal , not just by staying in company for long time and playing all crap politics.

Migratory birds teaches us that to survive we must be open to travel and network because thats the key to business.Networking is not just having more contacts.........its abt quality of rapport with contacts.

All cute animals in form of plush brings cuteness in our lifestyle which we all miss.

Think of it........An average child of age 3 laughs 200 times a day and after growing to age of 25 we even don't laugh for 100 times in a day. Cuteness of pets and plushes teaches us how to smile and have soft feelings.

Hope we all can learn and share like all creatures.

Period of Deafness.............

Once , I had a bitter time due to Pain in my Ears.It was not just pain but that was the period of deafness also:-0.The ordeal started with a meagre pain in my ears as Ear Wax got misplaced by me during cleaning of ears by cotton swab.

On Consulting with a ENT specialist I came to know that Ear wax is very hard inside and has gone inside which if pulled out will be very painful process because when Doctor tried I fainted.

ohhh Goshhh....it was painful.

Doctor advised me to put Ear Drops for a week to make Ear wax a little softer but all in vain.After going thru 3 weeks of pain. I learned that painkiller can only have a short term effect but real effect may need some time.......means patience.

Learning...........Tell me..........Ear System which worsened due to my ignorance for long will take more time to get in right shape.

Our Financial system can only relieve of short term pain thru stimulus but the final recovery will happen with time and patience.(That too with efforts in right direction).

Actually , The ear pain happened in recession so I compared the pain with recession.

Mis-take ? ....galti se mistake ho gaya...

The word "Mistake" is the most dangerous word in all forms of life.Human brain responds very attentively after listening this word, either blaming for the mistake or being blamed for the mistake.We all are involved in various activity of surviving and trying new ventures every second. for eg. I am trying to write a blog for the first time....

We all make mistakes while trying our hand on any new venture but we are taking chances with new things and trying out things first time is a process of learning but not making a mistake....if its a mistake then word mistake is a synonym of learning.So, I am now confident that I am not making any mistakes while writing this blog instead its a new learning for me :-)

But there will be lot of ventures....where trying our new hand without exp. may not be a learning
for eg. Driving,rock climbing etc.So, making mistake means a death and a learning curve for future generation in such a new ventures.

Mistake breaks up Mis-take (where Mis- means wrong).

We all are involved in day to day activity which we are expected to be doing with perfection as our exp. increases but making mistakes while in real life is quite natural.

Every human being lives the life with fullest of his energy but still yawns every now and then in a single day.Yawning is a natural process in our body to relax and regain momentum.

Believe it or not sometimes after yawning we do wake up with full energy .Simultaneously, We do wake up after making mistakes. It all depends on nature of yawning and mistake.

Over a certain period of time and activity , every human being is expected to yawn and make mistakes.So, Why to blame for mistakes and being afraid to be blamed.

Keeping etiquette's in mind we all try to minimise the process of yawning and keeping perfection in mind we all try to minimise mistakes.Mistake is just like a process of yawning

There is a section in society which makes mistakes deliberately.Those should not be categorised under mistakes as its the clear attempt to take things wrong and should be punished strongly.

Just observing a mistake and putting a blame should not be the response as its the natural process.
Sometimes , We do use mistake as an event to target any other human being which is being acting like a coward.

We should rethink our human strategies in all scenarios and take action accordingly.

Lets thank you for going through Mistake ( Writing this blog ).

Enjoy mistakes but do wake up.....after making them.
